Steamed Milk Pudding anyone???

This is quite a unique dessert. It is made of milk, egg white, sugar, and can be consumed either hot or cold. They have many flavors as well aside from the Original. They also have Coffee, Chocolate, and Ginger-infused flavoring on the Original. They cost about $30 HKD dollars or about $3.50 USD dollars.  The texture is very much like between a jello and a chocolate pudding. It's quite the interesting texture. Now that I think about it, it's very similar in texture to another popular Asian dessert: Tofu pudding (also called Tofu Flower if translated from Chinese). It's very light tasting, refreshing, and super silky smooth. I know some friends that live in Hong Kong that could eat it almost daily if they wanted to. That's how delicious this dessert is! I'm reminiscing now how much I miss this dessert. One day I will be back for sure and will without a hesistation make a stop by here. This is a must try if you are in Hong Kong! Don't worry there isn't just one location, they have 3 locations last time I check so hopefully it's not too far from where you are in Hong Kong to try this out! Luckily this dessert place has an English name: Yee Shun Milk Company. Unfortunately though, it doesn't seem like their store front has an English sign so you'll need to trust on Google Maps on this one or just remember the picture below!
